How this works

Domestic Energy Performance Certificates lodged at your postcode are read from the official Get energy performance of buildings data service (MHCLG). An EPC is produced when a home is built, sold or let, so coverage grows over time and older homes may not appear. Ratings run A (most efficient) to G (least).
